Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. Scuffs and scratches from normal use. There are minor scratches on the screen. (SEE PICTURES) All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to insert an in-house battery (NOT INCLUDED) into the device. I was able to insert an in-house miniDV tape (NOT INCLUDED) into the device. I was able to power on the device and use the buttons/dial to navigate through the menus. The display is in good condition and I was able to see through the viewfinder. There is a tiny patch of dead pixels in the upper right corner of the screen. (SEE PICTURES) I was able to record a video to the in-house miniDV tape. I was able to play back the video and hear audio from the device. I was able to fastforward and rewind the tape. I was able to test the zoom as working. I was able to insert an in-house SD card into the device. I was able to take still pictures to the SD Card and review them. I was able to record a video to the SD Card. I was able to play back the video and hear audio from the device. The ports are untested. I was able to test Night Mode as working. Comes with 128 MB SD Card. Product is in working condition. No miniDV Tapes, battery (Model: BP-2L5)  or any other  accessories included.
